If your order includes any woven items, they will be braided to your order and then mailed to you. The order book usually runs at 10-14 days to be made and is then sent first class Royal Mail. All prices include postage to the UK. We will email you when your order is made and on its way to you. You should receive your items within 2 working days of dispatch. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have not received your items.
Missing or Damaged Goods
It is rare that items will arrive missing or damaged, but if they do please let us know within 24 hours so that we can rectify the situation.
We are more than happy to fully refund any returns made within 28 days of receipt of goods. All items must be returned in the manner that you received them, unworn and in the packaging supplied. No refunds can be given for whistles. Please contact us if you would like to return your items and we can supply a returns address. All returns postage must be covered by yourself.
Your refund will returned to you by the same means that you paid for the items by. Please be aware that your bank or card can take up to 10 workings days to show the refund.
When purchasing an item from Gundog Lanyards you agree to take proper care when using the items you have purchased and to only use them as intended. You agree to check the items when they have arrived to be sure they are safe for use and to notify us should you have any concerns. Gundog Lanyards cannot be held responsible for any product damaged by improper use.

Sometimes, customers may wish to change something in their order so if you want or need to change your order after this time, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Unfortunately orders cannot be changed once the items have started to be made.
Being a largely non face to face retail business, we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order placed with us or for any reason at our absolute discretion either before or after payment has been made by you, the customer.
By purchasing from us you agree that the information you supply to us is accurate and supplied truthfully to the best of your knowledge. Please understand that we cannot be held liable for delivery errors if you have supplied us with incorrect information.
All product images, information and advice is advertised for guidance purposes only so please keep in mind that all items are hand made and vary item to item. No one item braided can be exactly the same.We accept most credit and debit cards in existence. All orders must be paid for before we dispatch your goods to you. Gundog Lanyards does not store any credit or debit card numbers or other payment details, instead our third party payment services (PayPal and Shopify) handle this for us.
International orders are shipped using either Royal Mail. You, the customer, are responsible for any VAT/tax payable, duty, handling/processing fees, customs clearance charges and any other non mentioned fees required by the country of importation.
As clever as we are, there is no way for us to predict the destination country's actions, customs rules, regulations and laws, so please research this before your purchase from us and be prepared to meet these said costs. We cannot be held liable for any costs, mistakes (if yours) or return fees.
